At WP CraftKit, we specialize in selling high-quality digital Elementor templates. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a template has been downloaded, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Exceptions to Our Policy

We may issue a refund only under the following circumstances:

You made a duplicate purchase by mistake.
The file is corrupt or broken, and we are unable to resolve it.
You did not download the product, and the request is made within 7 days of purchase.

All refund requests must be submitted via email to support@wpcraftkit.com with your order number and reason for the request.

3. No Refunds For

Change of mind
Compatibility issues with third-party plugins/themes
Lack of knowledge to use Elementor
Claims of the template “not being what you expected” after download

If you face any issue with your download or product usage, please contact our support team first. We are happy to help you resolve technical issues before considering a refund.

5. Refunds Processing Timeframe

Once the refund is approved, which may take 2-3 business days for investigation, is paid within 7 days of approval on the same channel fro where you made pruchase.

6. Cancellation

As the nature of the product is digital and it’s purchased and delivered via email immediately and payment is premade so there’s no cancellation of the order in any sense.
