At WP CraftKit, we specialize in selling high-quality digital Elementor templates. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a template has been downloaded, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Exceptions to Our Policy

We may issue a refund only under the following circumstances:

• You made a duplicate purchase by mistake.

• The file is corrupt or broken, and we are unable to resolve it.

• You did not download the product, and the request is made within 7 days of purchase.

All refund requests must be submitted via email to support@wpcraftkit.com with your order number and reason for the request.

3. No Refunds For

• Change of mind

• Compatibility issues with third-party plugins/themes

• Lack of knowledge to use Elementor

• Claims of the template “not being what you expected” after download
